you didnt mention how deadzone in roblox was the original "unturned", before Nelson quit working on the game in roblox because of the immense amount of cheaters and exploiters

I really feel like unturned can be a genuinely popular game in modern times because of how diverse the game can be. Who knows, maybe someone will somehow put the game back on the map, and I'm looking forward to see this game get more exposure again soon (if it does)

I played unturned back in 2014 2015 when it was just a beta and was fresh out of roblox. The problem is easy. Unturned lost its identity along the way. Unturned was always a pvp survival game first, and a pve survial second. Yet, for some reason, nelson didnt always understand that. He made a shift towards harder zombies which no one cared, a pointless class system and a weird crafting system, and never focused on what unturned needed. DayZ/Rust like mechanics. Better base building and better pvp enconters. I remember playing the demo of unturned 3.0 and feeling like the game was turning to the wrong way despite looking better then ever. Those beta PEI days in 2014/2015 were peak unturned for me. They were realy fun, the comunity was active, and everyone had a lot of fun.

Loved the vid , liked and subbed , unturned is still a gam i visit often and play solo bcs the pvp is so boring (and cheaters) , but still played carpat for nice 15-20 hours liked it

Tbh i love the smoke grenade i find it perfect for inter city PvP sure it’s not useful for a surprise attack but if they are on level with you? Perfect for retreating or making a break for better cover

in my 2400 hours in unturned i've only used the flashbang 2 times: the first one was in a server called sacrifice pvp, i was battling with my boys a wallhacker that didnt sucked at aiming, anyways we were shooting at him and he killed two of my three teammates and i was taking cover in a tree and i throwed a flashbang and he falled for it, with the white screen he couldnt see anything, not even the hack worked blinded and we took him down in that oportunity. and then we couldnt really do much since that was the only flashbang i had and dude putted a bed so he just /home and keep bothering. The last one we were online raiding a clan of six guys and the clan was inside a room wich had no door but they were aiming at the entrance, throwed a flashbang and killed all 6 of them with my boys, later on i found out they were people with 10 hours atleast. Kinda felt bad for our way to play we full tryhard mode and bro just tryng out the game. I dont really play anymore since 2021 but fun game and good memories.

I mostly use smoke to draw out zombies and make shooting them or throwing a grenade into the middle of the smoke. Besides that sont have much uses for them besides like keeping a set of all the colors because my brain is weird like that or juet chucking a random one around just for the heck of it

I do not play the game as I clicked on it out of curiosity and wow, crafting? That is very new, I last heard of the game having only one map and you had to find everything, I played with a stranded 2 mind set, IE, find a rock and a branch. Though I figure the civvie nightvision goggles suck because hey, shit equipment, let civvies buy it, a lot of them will eat that shit up.
